Rose-There's a Twilight thread in the Rec Room Movies thread. I'm not sure if this direct link to the thread will work or not but here goes: teammig.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=movies&action=display&thread=1994&page=1As for Moonlight, I just found out that the DVDs of the entire series was released on January 20, 2009. It's available on Walmart.com and SOME of the Walmart stores. I haven't checked my local ones yet cos I didn't know to check. If they've got it in-store I'll get the set next payday (a week from tomorrow) then we won't have to be held to anyone's TV schedule. I know that Friday night was the Finale of Battlestar Galactica and then the next two Fridays will be special showings of the two SG-1 movies: Continium and The Ark of Truth. Maybe after those two specials they'll go back to showing Moonlight. Thanks Wanda #hugz# . I'll check out that thread for Twilight and I think my best bet for Moonlight, is to make a trip to Wal-Mart.com

Rose and Riza
While checking on something else on IMDB I came across a little blurb or two. First, Moonlight returns to SciFi on April 9th. And secondly, that Alec has been tapped by CBS to play the lead doctor in a new medical series called Three Rivers that's going to be on next season, possibly. He gets to play a doctor this time. Can't wait. And I'm still looking for Moonlight on DVD...

However, I REALLY think they blew it with not continuing Moonlight as that storyline had so many great directions to pursue & the visuals were awesome. Considering the show had a huge following, I really don't understand why it got canned And now, I have NOTHING to watch on Fridays cause Sci Fi no longer airs them. grrrrrrrrrr

Rose-Sci Fi will begin airing Moonlight again week after next. They only had it off these last weeks for the finale of Battlestar Galactica and the two Stargate SG-1 movies (Ark of Truth last week and Continuium this Friday). The next ep they air will be the one where the grandson of Mick's friend during the war, the man who was married to the woman Mick had an affair with and thought he fathered the kidnapped kids father) is kidnapped and Mick rescues him. I found that out by checking to see the tv appearances of one of the actors in the Magnificent 7 tv series and it listed Moonlight on SciFi...Anthony Starke plays the kidnapper that Mick kills...

Just saw this on Google when I signed in this evening: MOONLIGHT STAR CAST IN NEW JENNIFER LOPEZ PROJECT: ET breaks the news that "Moonlight" actor Alex O'Loughlin has been cast to star opposite Jennifer Lopez in CBS Films' feature 'The Back-Up Plan.' The romantic comedy features Lopez as Zoe -- a woman who embarks on a journey to motherhood using artificial insemination, only to meet a possible Mr. Right named Stan (O'Loughlin) on the day of her insemination. The couple begins dating, with Zoe confusing their early relationship by hiding her pregnancy. After she reveals her secret, Stan unexpectedly sticks by her side. But as the birth approaches, the pressures of their new relationship and her impending motherhood could split them apart. 'The Back-Up Plan,' is the first feature from CBS Films and will be directed by "Six Feet Under"'s Alan Poul. The movie is set to begin filming in Los Angeles in May and will premiere in theaters in January 2010. You can also catch O'Loughlin in upcoming films 'Whiteout' and 'August Rush.' Here's the URL to see the pic of sexy Alex in a black fedora....ooh la la! www.etonline.com/news/2009/04/72606/*eta URL...duh!!!! PS: What is it about these Aussie guys and their hats?

You can also catch O'Loughlin in upcoming films 'Whiteout' and 'August Rush.'
August Rush is one of our favorite movies... love the music. I didn't even recognize Alex until the very end when he is standing outside in the dark -- then, that profile glance ... I just knew it had to be our vampy Mick .. so, I watched the credits & sure nuff --- Alex O'Loughlin !!! Now, remind you Alex has one of the major supporting roles in this movie from the beginning to the end -- I now wonder why I didn't recognize him immediately -- it took a vampy night scene for it to register #1087#

I'm glad you and Jaunty are having so much success with Jauntyrose....congrats...Maybe y'all can get some of your clients to perform near me and I can go out and catch them. Chicago and Michigan are just a little too far away for me to go on short notice. We'll see...
