Well, I finally got someone to answer at the Adult Contemporary station here in town and was so disappointed. They don't even have a copy of MiG at the station. They've only been on the air about six or eight months and may not have been on management's list of stations in this area. I gave the DJ the url of MiG-Music and told her that MiG records for Decca-Universal Records. After I got home for lunch I fired off an email to the program manager and told him how disappointed I was that the station didn't have MiG's cd but that I had an extra copy I had purchased when it came out that I would be happy to donate to the station. I'm still waiting to hear back from him... He used to date Robin so that might give me an in plus he's the morning DJ, Miller in the Morning (his famous call sign since he's been that since he was 15 and started working at the local rock station years ago). JB is a really sweet guy and, if I can get the cd in his hands I'm sure he'll appreciate MiG and play the cd...

Wanda, when you think he is in the station, but not on air, maybe you could just happen to drop by with a copy of the cd in your purse!

Toni-
JB works the early morning shift, 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. M-F so just dropping by isn't an option... plus, the business office is downtown but the actual radio station/studio is 12 miles away in the middle of nowhere. He's going to be doing a charity thing this weekend so I may try to get the cd to him then if I can figure out how. If he's actually participating in the walk it may not work but if he's broadcasting that would be GREAT.

That's a great idea Wanda! And if he is broadcasting, often the location broadcasts are less organized so it might be easier for him to mention the cd on air, maybe even play it!
