David did great last night. He looked a bit relieved after his first song had been over like he was really nervous but he sang Light On so beautifully I got a little choked up. He did a great job wiht the 2nd one-In tuition. The music was jst a bit too loud for his vocals but I thought overall he had a couple great songs. having McCain there probably really boosted the ratings. I thought McCain was hilarious www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/mccain-qvc-open/805381/in the next clip he had trouble keeping a straight face the stuff was so lame...but he carried it off www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Live/video/clips/update-sen-mccain/805401/and wasnt' above poking some fun at himself or having some of the jokes at his expense. I thought he was a great sport. I thought Ben Affleck did a great job as host and was a natural in the skits. Evdiently Amy Poehler had a baby boy and wasn't there last night. She did look huge when she was doing the Sarah palin rap a couple weeks ago.
