Okay, I don't have a specific recipe to tell you about, but I have a terrific website to promote: www.recipezaar.com/It has made me the best cook. You can search with 450+ categories, by specific ingredients, by specific amount of fat/calories/sodium per serving. One section allows you to search by "sifting". The search capability is especially helpful if you have a particular ingredient that you need to use up before it goes bad. And, as you find recipes you like, you can add them to your "shopping list". When you figured out all the recipes you want to try, you go to the bottom of the screen and click on your shopping list. A new screen will open with all your recipes, numbered. And, the shopping list has combined all your necessary ingredients, and put them in categories (produce, spices, canned vegetables, dairy, etc) which makes shopping a breeze. Oh, it totals all your recipe needs. For example, if each receipe needs one onion and you have 5 recipes, you will see: 5 onions. But the best are the comments from other cooks. After you try a recipe, you can come back and give your feedback, what you liked, didn't like, added, etc. That's where I pick up terrific hints and ideas. And, it's a great way to know if the recipe is even worth trying. The site is free. But, if you provide your e-mail address, you get a daily recipe and some other benefits. I haven't opened a cook book since I found this site. And, I have loved every single recipe I have tried. Deanna Thqanks for the headsup. Looks like a great site.

This is Cengiz's recipe: Bailey's Shakes: Vanilla ice cream Baileys You have to make it to taste...depending on if you just want to taste the Baileys or if you want to taste and 'feel' the Baileys. Remember...he's Turkish so he doesn't measure anything when he cooks. ;D Put a pint of vanilla ice cream and a half cup to a cup of baileys in the blender and let it rip!! Be careful, a little goes a long way!!! That should serve 4 people. It's really rich. They are thick and delish!!! #drool# #drool#

I can't believe we've (hubby and I) never made Bailey's shakes. We're always experimenting with after dinner drinks.

COWBOY STEW 2 cans of Texas Style beans 1 can of tomato paste 1 can of RoTel green chilies (hot or mild) 1 can of stewed tomatos 1 cup of beef broth 1 can of corn 1 bag of frozen (if you're lazy like me) stew veggies 1.5 pounds of cooked hamburger meat Put all the cans of stuff without draining them!! except for the corn am RoTel Bring it all to a boil and then it's READY! This makes a big pot and lasts for awhile!! and cooks in less than 30 minutes!! SUPER EASY and man it's good Best served with Cornbread

I don't think I've posted this, and don't know why b/c I've made it sooooooooooo many times! (If I have posted, well then, that means you MUST try it! Taco Soup 2 lbs browned ground beef or turkey 1 can rotel 1 can diced tomatoes 2 cans white corn 1 can black beans 1 can pinto beans 1 can kidney beans 1 onion 2 cups water 1 pkg. ranch dressing (dry mix) 2 pkgs. taco seasoning mix. Cook together (or put in slow cooker). When ready to eat, spoon over tortilla chips and garnish with cheese, sour cream, guacomole (your preference). This is so good, and makes alot so if you don't eat it all, it freezes very well!!

Sandy, my husbands co-workers (all cops) begged me to make a huge pot for them, so I did for lunch one day and they cleaned my crockpot for me

P.S.
Deanna... RoTel is good in ANYTHING!!! LOL ... at least it seems like I sure cook with them a lot...and they make the BEST EVAH Queso Dip!!!
