Rose-
I'm going to go see it either Sunday or Monday. I can't wait. I saw Harrison's interview on CBS this morning today and you're right...he's still as hot as ever. He's one man that has only improvced with age...Can't wait to see the movie...

Great pics, Rose! Have you seen the movie yet? I'm also a fan of Harrison Ford and all of his movies. I can't believe it's been 19 years since the last Indiana Jones movie. Looking forward to seeing this one--I'm going to try to see it next week sometime.

Looking forward to seeing this one--I'm going to try to see it next week sometime. Hey Joyce #hugz# it has been a while since we've chatted. Hubby & I went yesterday to the 4:20 showing. The theater was packed with all ages - all ages. During the movie there was laughter & applause. At the end of the movie there was more applause. We loved #thstars# #thstars# the movie & are planning on going to see it again next weekend #snoopy# . If you love Harrison Ford - you will NOT be disappointed. If love Indiana Jones - you will NOT be disappointed. If you love special effects ala Speilberg - you will NOT be disappointed. If you love not stop action - you will NOT be disappointed. If you want realism - this movie is NOT for you. Hubby & I are the types of people that wait for movies to come out on DVD to watch on our big screen. We could not wait this time & I am so glad that we didn't. This is a fun, big screen movie & yep, I know we will buy it when it comes out on DVD to add to our Indiana Jones collection. Can't wait to hear your review. 19 years? can that be possible???

I just finished watching Indy. Gotta say Harrison Ford still has IT...I LOVED the movie. The only part I didn't watch was the ants but it didnt' last long. I love the snake and how it's so hard to believe it's been 27 years since Harrison Ford and Karen Allen started in the first Indy movie...And, coincidentally, The Return of the Jedi was on last night and I watched just to get my Han Solo fix. I know I own ALL the Star Wars DVDs but I watche them every time they're on TV as well. I also caught part of a thing on either the History Channel or A&E about the true things that have been used as parts of plots in the Indy movies...I'll probably go see it again before it leaves.

We've been watching the series on DVD - We started with #3 - the one with Sean Connery & have worked our way back wards to the 1st one with Karen Allen. Also, the TV guide channel has been running an hour long special on the making of the new Indiana Jones. I'm so hooked again We are going to go back & see the newest one this weekend. Just can't get enough of Indiana btw, I have learned a long time ago to close my eyes during certain squeamish parts of movies. I didn't watch the entire ant thing, so I don't know how disgusting it got. Also, I HATE snakes, so I missed most of that scene as well.

Hey Joyce #hugz# it has been a while since we've chatted. Hi Rose! Yes, it has been awhile! #bearhug# I'm glad you and Wanda really liked the movie. I was worried when I read the initial reviews that came out, but what do critics know anyway? I often disagree with what they think anyhow. I haven't seen the movie yet, and now I'm wondering if I should see the first three again before seeing this one. Does the new movie build on details from the first three? I remember the basics, but it's been awhile since I've watched any of them from start to finish. There are certain parts of these movies that I can't watch either. Guess I should be on the lookout for ants and snakes! #thsmilieafraid#

The critics #watchit# I heard one say it was "corny" #thdoh-1# This movie probably has tons more action & special effects than the other 3 combined - they really went all out. Harrison is well #hot12# (couldn't find drooling smiley) Go see it with your entire family, come back & tell us what you think --- I'll be completely if your entire family doesn't sit back & enjoy the fast paced, action filled adventure.

We have most of his films - to think, he was told that he would never make it as an actor -- little did they know.

OK, you've convinced me! ;D I'm going to try to see it tomorrow afternoon, otherwise I might have to wait a few weeks because my work schedule gets busier and then we have family coming into town to visit. I think my favorite scene from all the Indiana Jones movies was when he was about to engage in a sword fight, and then nonchalantly pulls out his gun and shoots the bad guy instead. Wasn't that from Raiders?

I think my favorite scene from all the Indiana Jones movies was when he was about to engage in a sword fight, and then nonchalantly pulls out his gun and shoots the bad guy instead. Wasn't that from Raiders? I love that one too! I watched the behind the scenes thing on tv guide channel... THAT scene was actually suppose to last a long time - the dude with the sword had practiced for weeks for this big scene. Apparently, Harrison had been battling the flu.... had thought about that scene & said to Spielberg... why don't I just shoot the bas...... Speilberg told Harrison that HE had already thought the same thing. Poor sword guy was suppose to have a l o n g scene & it was over in seconds. In watching that show this weekend, Harrison is all sweaty & stuff - now, I think it was because of him having the flu. Was Raiders the 1st one? That scene was in the 1st one - the one where they search for the Lost Arc --- duh, Raiders of the Lost Arc, yep it was in that one. I hope I didn't overbuild your expectations but, I was NOT disappointed on many levels. Besides, the Harrison eye candy is fun
