Very cool, MiG as a dance judge...a celebrity judge. Simone would make an awesome judge, too! I wonder if that GMA is connected to the ABC GMA in any way.

I think MiG will do an excellent job as a judge. He'll be the way an ideal judge should be - respectful of all the performers. They'll probably feel less nervous because he's such a warm and engaging person. You're right, Toni - Simone would definitely also be a fantastic judge!

I don't know if anyone has noticed, but it was posted that MiG will not only be judging the contest, but also performing, so I hope we get to hear a recap of all of that. Darn that I had to miss that.

Wanda, Christina and I attended the Pinoy Dance Showdown today. It was really fun. The gym was hot, hot, hot, but luckily everyone got fans to cool ourselves down a little. We had VIP tickets so were on the floor rather than the bleachers, so it was a little cooler there. The competition was great! There were also other performers who weren't in the 3 final teams competing. They were all very good. The program was going to shown on Pinoy TV around the world. Yay for MiG too!
MiG sang "To Whom It Must Concern" with Luke Dolahenty, and they blew the roof off the school - it was AWESOME! I can't tell you how impressed I was - MiG was fabulous. He had the moves to go with tremendous vocals. He and Luke sounded great together. There was a good sound system so one could hear it really well. He said it's from his upcoming album. That will be one fabulous album. He was selling his first CD there, so hopefully the kids learned a lot in school and know true talent and value when they see it! ;D
I added some tweets on Twitter, so go to Team MiG or search Twitter for #migny. The last tweet either showed up twice or not at all. Twitter was acting up! It was about how great of a job MiG did as a celebrity judge. I was really impressed with his comments and presence. He was on the end closest to us, so we could keep an eye on him to make sure he was behaving! LOL

Thank you, Wanda! MiG and Luke do sound terrific together. I was too mesmerized with the performance so didn't take a video. You and Christina came through!
When we heard it live, it was even more powerful and had a big impact. It was AWESOME in fact.

I would have also loved to hear him do Nelly's It's Getting Hot in Here that he started. I know he was only teasing but it was too cute to see how quickly he shed that jacket.
