Rhonda! Yummy! Deep frying a big ol' turkey sounds like a man's job. That way I could concentrate on the side dishes. ;D

Lucky says thanks for the recipe. Anything with peanut butter in it is a real treat to her Lucky, You're most welcome! Be sure & ask mum to buy the extra chunky peanut butter for those cookies. I LOVE the costume! Too cute! Thanks for bringing a smile to my face! P e a n u t . . B u t t e r We can't even say the word in this house. My little one was on meds for a collapsed trachea for many many years & the only way I could get her to take the dang pill was to hide it in peanut butter. Here's a pic from a few years back (we were in Kansas City, then) The one in my arms is my little love sponge that is no longer with me. Sam is in front of the fireplace and Heidi, Sam's girlfriend/playmate was over visiting. ahhhhh, the good 'ole days.

Well, since everyone is showing pix of their furkids I'll add a new pic of Nigel (taken last Saturday) to the bunch. He wouldn't cooperate and look at me but at least it's a new picture of him. This one was taken a few years ago and is most everyone's favorite of him. Can someone tell me what it is about dogs and peanut butter. Nigel LOVES it and so did Koti. I LOVE the fur kids, Lucky, Sam, Heidi and the love sponge. I think Nigel and Sam would have a ball playing with each other. He'd probably be too much for Lucky, right MB? PS: Thanks for the recipe, Rose.

Rose, that might not be a bad idea. I've also got a feather kid but he's hard to get a picture of since I don't usually have him out of his cage. He's an 18-year-old Eurasian Ringnecked Dove. They can live to 25 or older. He was just about 9 months old when I got him and his cooing is so relaxing. I'll try to get a picture of him that you can actually see. Where do you think we should put the fur-kid thread?

Love the pups. We used to have a thread here for fur babies. You are right, Lucky likes to watch the intense play now. she is 12 but she still likes her walks

I just happen to be watching Rachel Ray's show, and it is too funny. She is making soups, and she makes it sound so great.....ooooh, add these yummo canned stewed tomatoes ! And I am thinking what? Cheap and yucky canned tomatoes? How's about freshly stewed tomatoes. Or, actually, how's about a nice quick can of Campbell's Soup if your going to be using canned stuff anyway. Seems like her presentation makes things look better than they really are, lol!
