Awww....I've GOTTA go see Pirates! I don't go to many movies, as they're so dang expensive anymore, I usually just wait and rent them! Unless it's something that needs to be seen on a big screen! ;D However, we did go see "Scoop" today. It's just out....it's a comedy/mystery with Woody Allen, Scarlet Johannsen and Hugh Jackman. It's vintage Woody Allen....very funny and very original!!! And listen up MiGmates....I was not familiar with Hugh Jackman, but now I'm a big fan!!! What is it with these Australian guys??? ;D He's so talented (Broadway, singer, dancer, actor) and SO cute!

Maybe I'll try to see that movie this week. Hugh Jackman is great! Such a nice guy too, not to mention gorgeous and talented. You should rent "Kate and Leopold" with Hugh Jackman and Meg Ryan. A really cute romantic comedy from a few years ago. Oh no... I did see Pirates but I think I missed what was at the end of the credits. Stacy, can you PM me to tell me what it was? I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen the movie yet.

Ever since I saw him in "Someone Like You" in 2001, with Ashley Judd. Rent that. I saw it 3 times in a theater! There's one scene where he puts his hand on Ashley Judd's face, to comfort her, and his hand covers the entire side of his face, he's that big and tall, all 6' 2 1/2" of him! #faint# That film came out before "X-Men". I have even seen one of his Australian released films, "Paperback Hero". A terrific fan site for Hugh Jackman is: www.jackmanslanding.com/news/In fact, Hugh Jackman is the first artist/performer that got me to search the Internet to learn more info. So, if not for Hugh, I would never have found TeamMiG. Deanna

I agree with all of you Hugh is definitely a hottie. #663# I've been a fan for years. Thanks for the review Carol. I had actually seen a preview for it recently and it looked good. I'll have to make that one of my next movies. After Pirates that is....so busy with all of MiG's gigs and news that I haven't gotten to see it yet. I'll have to remedy that real quick.
Deanna, thank goodness for Hugh then if that's what brought you to TeamMiG #clap#

Well it's been over a month since anyone has posted a movie review here and I'm going to continue with the Hugh Jackman theme.
I just saw The Prestige today. And for all you HJ fans out there, it's definitely worth seeing. He looks fantastic #drool#
It was a very interesting movie...a little on the dark side but very good nonetheless. The acting was wonderful Hugh, Christian Bale and Michael Caine were all fantastic. I highly recommend it.
I don't want to give any of the plot away since you really have no idea what the movie is like from the commercials, so I'll just say "try not to miss this one". #MultiStar# #MultiStar# #MultiStar# #MultiStar#

Ahhh....now you've piqued my interest Cheryl! Thanks for the review! More Hugh Jackman! #happy036# And I love Michael Caine too! #happy036# I have a review too (of a different sort). We rented "Over The Hedge"....that's right....the animated kids' movie. ;D It was one of the best movies I've seen in a long time!!! Hilarious!!! ;D And also fascinating with all the computer generated animal characters....that stuff just amazes me! And if you have any little ones who haven't seen it yet...it's the sweetest most endearing movie that teaches kids the importance of family. #punten#

Just saw Stranger Than Fiction. It was so good! I don't always like Will Ferrel but now I'm totally impressed and blown away by his acting ability The story was incredible too- it was funny and sad! If you haven't seen it you should!

Jag, I was worried about seeing another Will Ferrel movie (Ron Burgandy, Elf : I can't wait to see Santa Clause 3!!! I think, of my generation, the Santa Claus movies and the Home Alone movies are the BEST Christmas movies!! If anyone is into cartoons, Open Season was really cute!
