Crank up the heat and don't open the doors. I hibernate as often as possible in the winter. It's the only way to stay sane.
Oh, and send hubby out to run errands whenever possible so you can stay cozy and warm inside. ;D

My solution to the cold is.......DOWN. I have two down jackets and on ankle length down coat. Once I bundle up, I can go out in the worst of weather! Of course, it takes me a half hour to bundle up, lol. Today, though, I stayed home because of the ice. I had wanted to go shopping but decided it wasn't worth fighting the icy roads. Instead we put up the tree and decorations.

Lol, our comforters are down, also, Britt! Nothing IMO compares with down for the warmth! Nada, nil, zip, zero. I love all my down stuff. To me it's worth any scratching by the feathers to be warm. Actually, I have enough clothing on under my coats that I never even feel the feathers! And good down(which I don't have), not the cheap down with feathers(which I do have), doesn't shed hardly at all. An electric blankie is a good substitute for down when in the house! Right now, I have an electric lap robe on my legs while I sit at the computer.

Britt are you crazy?? Bundle up girl...no wonder you got sick last week! Sheesh!!
Toni...I have an electric lap robe on my legs while I sit at the computer. I am so jealous. My feet and my nose are always getting cold sitting at the computer... I think my hubby got me a down conforter for X-mas and a down coat. I asked for it...don't know if I'm gonna get it...but I hope I do *crossing fingers*

99? That sounds a bit too thin to me! Unless your very very short, lol! for exercise, be sure and do some weight bearing exercise, to build up your bones. Small women are a high risk for osteoporosis when older.

Really good advice Toni. How tall are you Britt? congrats on achieving a goal you set but there aren't too many people that need to weigh under 100/

Your already to skinny and you hardly eat. When were together...you eat like a bird! Get to eating a little more...No more talk of losing weight. your gonna wither away. I'm gonna have to shove a cheese burger down your throat! Now eat!
